Examples of Required Documents include

*Copy of your state issued Photo I.D.

*Copy of your social security card

*Tax returns for the previous two years (four years for Chapter 13)

*Bank statements for 3 months

*6 Months' worth of Pay Stubs

*Copy of your real estate tax bill (if applicable)

*Copies of any pending lawsuits, wage garnishments, or wage assignments (if applicable).
